| Located in the Rincon Hill District, south of Market Street in San Francisco, this project calls for removal of existing structures to construct a mid-rise residential building. Visible from the Bay Bridge when entering the city, this project boasts a very narrow lot with two street frontages. The lot is sixty-eight feet wide which created interesting design challenges for us to get required light and ventilation to all the units.
Currently, we are in the process of working through design concepts for this eight-story, 113 unit structure. The goal for the project is LEED Gold rating and we are working with local consultants and contractors to budget the project in its early stages.
